In the deciding Game 5, the Texas Rangers eliminated the host Tampa Bay Rays with a 5-1 victory.
It was the second time in the series that Cliff Lee outdueled David Price, and that proved to be the difference in the series.
Lee said he had a lot of fun pitching in the deciding game and watching his team come up big in the clutch.

The Texas Rangers received some good news when outfielder Josh Hamilton finally returned to the lineup.
The star outfielder wanted to try and get some at-bats in before the regular season came to a close.
Hamilton is still nursing broken ribs that will heal with time after crashing into the outfield wall, but the injury is still very painful.
He did not hit the ball very well in the final series of the season, but hopes to be in a rhythm in time for the playoffs. ( Read More…)
